1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Registering with another person's identity, a false identity or fabricated details is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, valid mobile number and correct date of birth. Luck 33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise barred from using gambling or betting platforms at the time of registration.
• You must be the beneficial owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on your Luck 33 account.

Registration of an account at Luck 33 is free and no purchase is required simply to create an account. You become a registered Luck 33 player the moment your account is confirmed, subject to ongoing compliance with these terms.

3. Account Rules & Player Responsibilities

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Luck 33 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method or same device — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any balances reviewed. The original account may be reinstated at Luck 33's discretion.

Account security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Luck 33 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify Luck 33 support immediately. We will never ask for your full password via email or chat.

Accurate information: All information on your Luck 33 account must remain accurate and current throughout your membership. If your contact details change, update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

Account verification: Luck 33 may request identity and/or payment verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Requested documents may include a CNIC copy, proof of address or payment method confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at Luck 33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied — what you deposit is what you play with, and what you win is what you withdraw.

Supported payment methods: Luck 33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit at Luck 33 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be subject to a return transaction fee charged by the payment provider.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by Luck 33 within the timeframes displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page — typically within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa, JazzCash or NayaPay. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. Luck 33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once funds have been released from our system.

Withdrawal to original method: Luck 33 applies a same-source withdrawal policy wherever technically possible. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned to that same method. Exceptions may be made at Luck 33's discretion and are subject to additional verification.

No third-party payments: You may not deposit funds from or withdraw funds to a payment account that is not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and fund return.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Luck 33 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet offers and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all Luck 33 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds received at Luck 33 are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Typically this is expressed as a multiplier — for example, "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal is permitted.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed at Luck 33, including cricket betting, football betting and any other sporting events offered on the platform:

• Bet placement: A sports bet is considered placed and binding at Luck 33 the moment you receive confirmation of the bet in your account. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where Luck 33's in-play cash-out feature is available and you choose to use it.
• Minimum bet: The minimum single sports bet at Luck 33 is Rs 500. Accumulator bets require the same Rs 500 minimum across the total stake.
• Odds changes: Pre-match odds at Luck 33 are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be presented with the new odds before your bet is placed. In-play odds change continuously and are always shown at the current price at the time of bet placement.
• Postponed and abandoned events: If a match is postponed before kick-off or before the first ball is bowled, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match begins but is abandoned without a result being determined, bets are generally voided unless sufficient play occurred for a specific market to have been definitively settled — in which case that market stands.
• Obvious errors: If a Luck 33 price is published due to a manifest technical error — such as odds displaying 1000x where 1.0x was intended — the affected bets may be voided. Luck 33 will notify affected players and return all stakes promptly.
• Accumulator settlements: Accumulator bets at Luck 33 settle progressively as each selection concludes. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator settles on the remaining legs.

• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity and withdrawing them as winnings

• Exploiting technical errors or glitches to obtain funds not earned through fair play
• Attempting to access Luck 33 staff accounts or platform administration systems

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

Luck 33 provides the platform and its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and error-free operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, security updates or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability.

Luck 33's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified account at the time the relevant issue arises. Luck 33 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's own breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Technical failures on the player's own device or internet connection

Nothing in these terms excludes Luck 33's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including fraud or gross negligence on Luck 33's part.

13. Amendments to These Terms
